I have many favourite singers like Taylor Swift, Amy Grant and Toby Mac. There are also many bands. My favourite band is The Piano Guys. The Piano Guys are men who play the piano and the cello. They are very talented people. Taylor Swift used to be a country singer and now is pop singer. She grew up making music and when she was 16 years old, she released her song, Teardrops on my Guitar.Song Amy Grant is a christian singer and sings beautiful Christmas music and also sings a few every day songs. Lastly, Toby Mac is also a christian singer but is also a rapper. My favourite album he made is called, "Eye On It". It's my favourite album because he sings about God and how God helps him through his life. I love all of these singers I wrote about and I hope you like a few of these singers/ bands.

Great blog idea! I am a Swifty myself and love her work, old and new! Although the song is a bit harsh, I am often humming the melody of "Blank Space". There are so many bands and singers I enjoy from U2 to the Piano Guys :) I am a Michael Buble fan as well as Matt Dusk. For the women, I just discovered Maeghan Smith at Christmas. I adore her song "It Snowed" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZRjhJ_oWUPs. She was here in January and performed with our ESO! Sadly, I missed it. :(

I also don't have a favourite band, although, I do like listening to a song called "Cake by the Ocean" which is written by a band. All of the singers/bands that I like sing pop.

DeleteSince I watch news, billboard music awards and I listen to the radio... I'm pretty familiar with all the popular singers, but I actually can't decide on a favourite singer or band. My favourite type of music is pop, same as my sister. One song I really like that is not pop is "Danza Kurdoro", my sister's tap song for this year. It is so good that me and my dance group were dancing to it backstage, right before we were supposed to go on. I listen to so much music that I can't chose any favourites!

ReplyDeleteGreat job! I have a favourite singer too, his name is Tyler Joseph. He is the singer of "Twenty One Pilots". I also have a favourite band. The name of the band is called "Imagine Dragons". The type of music they sing is mainly pop music but they also sing pop/rock and I like that kind of music. Out of all the people that you listed, I was only familiar with two The Piano Guys and Taylor Swift. Great blog!
